What affects the price
The main factors are block size, how high the grass is, how steep the ground is, how many obstacles (trees, dams, fences, sheds) there are, and how easy it is to get a mower in. A flat, open paddock is quicker to cut than a sloping block full of trees.
One-off cut or regular mowing
A first cut on overgrown grass takes longer and usually costs more than keeping up with a regular schedule. Once the grass is under control, regular visits are quicker and keep the price steady.
